Trust signals for managed link-service providers
Reviews, delivery evidence and conflict-resistant scoring for crowd, outreach, PBN and digital PR providers.
A service provider cannot be evaluated like a single publisher website. Their product is a process: sourcing, communication, execution and replacement behavior.
Reviews must be tied to work
Allow written reviews only when the associated placement reached a completed state. This does not make every review true, but it prevents unaffiliated accounts from manufacturing a reputation cheaply.
Keep the dimensions separate
A single star score hides useful differences. Record delivery speed, communication, adherence to the brief, survival of placements and dispute outcomes independently.
Avoid pay-to-win trust
Promoted visibility can be sold, but verification and trust labels should remain based on evidence. The interface must distinguish sponsorship from platform assessment.
